Associated Collegiate Press and College Media Business & Advertising Managers
Hyatt Regency San Francisco  •  #acpcmbam

Associated Collegiate Press and College Media Business & Advertising Managers are your hosts for the annual ACP/CMBAM College Journalism Convention.

College media’s best and brightest will gather in San Francisco, Feb. 27-29, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency, to learn from industry experts and from top collegiate-media programs across the country.

College-media students and advisers seeking advice and tips about student-produced media are invited to attend. The multi-day convention, with dynamic keynote speakers, will include networking opportunities, informative panel discussions, hands-on tutorials and access to media professionals.

The event will cover all aspects of college media, from rapidly changing multimedia platforms to newspaper, broadcast, yearbook and magazine journalism, as well as the revenue generation and marketing aspects of running a student media organization. Students will also benefit from career-focused sessions with guidance on life after graduation. Advisers will be offered special programming focused on their specific challenges.

There will be more than 100 sessions at the event.

Other highlights of the event include ACP and CMBAM’s exclusive awards programs, critiques for college-media publications, and business program critiques and consultations.
