The Hyatt Regency San Francisco, site of this year’s ACP/CMBAM College Journalism Convention, puts you in a great location.

The conference rate is $229 per night for single/double or triple/quad.

The hotel-reservation deadline has been extended to Monday, Feb. 10.

Reserve Hyatt Regency rooms here.

Here’s an option for Wednesday-night rooms.

A city-wide event has pushed our convention start time to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, and it also means that Wednesday-night hotel rooms may not be available at the Hyatt Regency.

So we’ve secured an option for Wednesday-night rooms only at Hotel Caza, at Fisherman’s Wharf. The rate is $259 per night, with a hotel-reservation deadline of Feb. 14.

Reserve Hotel Caza rooms for Wednesday night here.

The Hyatt Regency

The convention hotel is on Market Street, just a block from the famous Embarcadero, the city’s premier waterfront hotel offers stunning views of the city and the Bay Bridge between San Francisco and Oakland.

The California Street cable car line is outside the hotel, and it’s a short walk to the famous streetcars, with connections to Pier 39 and Market Street.

And just a block away is the Bay Area Rapid Transit System’s Embarcadero Station, which connects to both San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport.

Parking and transportation

Parking at the Hyatt is $64 per day. Clay Street parking is $34 per day. Parking at the Courtyard is $43.32 per day.

The BART is $8.65 one way from the airport. Exit at the Embarcadero Station.
